Every engagement is built around three connected outputs. Together, they move the client from a clear vulnerability signal to a deeper understanding of the system and then towards practical priorities.

1. Overall Vulnerability Index (OVI)

The Overall Vulnerability Index (OVI) is a score from 1 to 10 that provides an immediate and comparable assessment of hydro-strategic vulnerability. It brings together climate, seismic, infrastructural, environmental, and socio-economic conditions into one structure indicator.

Purpose: Identify the overall level of vulnerability and areas where closer analysis is needed.

2. Hydro-Strategic Assessment Report

The Hydro-Strategic Assessment Report explains and decomposes the OVI for the specific area under assessment. It identifies the factors increasing vulnerability, the conditions supporting resilience, and the patterns that require attention.

Purpose: Explain why the OVI has reached its value and what is driving the result.

3. Policy Advisory Document

The Policy Advisory Document translates the assessment into context-specific recommendations. These may relate to policy, infrastructure, governance, water efficiency, planning, investment, adaptation or further analysis.

Purpose: Turn diagnosis into practical priorities and possible courses of action.
